DJR home inspections was extremely thorough in inspecting every aspect of the house. They made sure to walk us around everything that they found that might of been a problem and tested every electrical socket along with every inch of plumbing. They also scanned every inch of the shell of the house as well as the foundation, attic, basement, and even a crawl space that we believed was inaccessible. We were extremely satisfied with the cost, the professionalism, and the responsiveness of Jeff and Dino. Even the inspection report was finished and emailed in less than 24 hours even though it was lengthy and in detail. The report was extremely easy to understand. They were great all around. Would definitely recommend if you looking for an inspection!

I had a wonderful experience with DJR Home Inspections. Dino answered my call right away and was able to schedule me quickly. Jeff came out to the house we are looking to purchase and was wonderful! He took the time to really look around and explained a lot to me. I hope that this is the house we are able to purchase and I don't have to use them again for awhile but I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing an inspection!

We have used DJR for every house inspection we needed (3). Both inspectors extremely thorough. Our recent inspection was done by Jeff. Communication was easy and timely and setting up our appointment was a breeze. The day of the inspection He was prompt and began working and taking notes immediately. He noted every single thing he could possibly find in addition to answering my 100s of questions. I felt he was honest about things that are out of his scope and gave reasonable recommendations. He made it around the house within a couple hours and had the report shortly after. I felt every single time we used DJR we had someone seriously looking out for our investment. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a Home Inspection.

Dino was great to work with on our out-of-State home inspection. He answered our call personally, provided professional process steps he would do and answered all of our questions. He worked directly with our realtor to gain home access within 24 hours and provided us with a comprehensive report, easy to understand and specific for us to make a home buying decision. DJR actually did the inspection on my property that I was selling and found issues that were missed from the previous inspector when I purchased the home. I had that same inspector scheduled to do the property I was buying and I didn't want to use him after finding out he missed some safety and fire hazards. I had the inspection scheduled in 4 days and I called out to DJR and they said no problem, they can do it! Jeff Ryan came out to do the inspection of my home. He was so thorough and gracious to show me all the issues that were arising and what were major concerns vs what were minor. I received the report the next day (Satuday!) and it was so detailed, the photos were clear and it gave descriptions of what he recommended to be done to correct/repair or replace the items. I would definitely use him again and recommend to anyone that needs to get a home inspection. My only regret is not using them on the property I bought years ago!

I've had two recent experiences with DJR. Our first home fell through but we had such a great experience with Jeff that we wouldn't choose anyone else but DJR when we had found a new house to purchase.Jeff was early in both cases and already off to check exteriors, also finished long before estimated time. Very friendly, showed us a bit about our new home and any nuances he found which was extremely helpful. Very thorough and knowledgable. Both times we ended up getting the report next day (even when it was a weekend!). The reports are extremely easy to read and clear with pictures. We had seen another report on our departure home and it was a joke in comparison.We were very impressed and felt like we were in good hands that nothing would be overlooked and we could move forward with our new home confidently. Thank you, Jeff & DJR, we would recommend you to everyone!

Great experience with DJR Home Inspections!Very responsive -- Not once did we wonder if Dino received any communication from us. He was very prompt with his communication.Accommodated our need for an expedited inspection -- We had a very very tight 2 day window to get a home inspection done. Dino was able to to provide a 9am inspection on the first day of our 2 day window!Scheduled other inspectors for us -- Dino took the lead and scheduled the pest and radon inspections for us. He set them up to commence the same time as the home inspection. This took a lot of extra stress off of our plate!Very thorough inspection --Dino took his time; it didn't feel rushed. Throughout the inspection he explained every system and their preventive maintenance. He even gave us pointers on how to take care of the different types of woods in this house. If there was a system that was out of scope for the inspection, Dino gave us contact information to a subject matter expert24 hour turnaround with the finished report -- Due to our small 2 day window to get the inspection done, Dino was able to provide the finished report in less than 24 hours. He provided a link and personalized log-on credentials to download the report. Hours later he emailed the report in PDF format, in the event we were not able to download the report. Report was actually 3 reports --The reporting platform he uses is very nice. It actually provides 3 reports.1) Full detailed report - very detailed with pictures and deep dive explanation of what was inspected2) General summary report - high level report with pictures.3) Repair list report - This was the best report of them all. We were able to log in and generate a report on what repairs we wanted the seller to take care of. It saved us a lot of time; rather than manually typing up a new repair report in MS Word. We literally generated this report in 2 min. Again...We highly recommend DJR Home Inspections. Great experience during a stressful but happy time purchasing a new home!
